Alpha Omega Two Squared Red Napa Valley 2021

Alpha and Omega is a Napa Valley estate founded by Robin and Michelle Baggett in 2006 which quickly earned acclaim for their Bordeaux style blends and varietal Cabernet Sauvignon. Their Two Squared "Two²" is primarily made up of Cabernet Sauvignon with small amounts of other Bordeaux varieties, sourced from younger plots and vines. Geared towards a more approachable, early drinking expression, this wine is aged lightly in new French oak, instead choosing to showcase bright fruit characteristics. Red fruits shine brightly with cherry, raspberry, strawberry, all lined with subtle oak spices. Soft tannins and a moderate acidity make this an easy wine to pair with grilled meat, pork, chicken especially grilled skirt steak with chimichurri.
